Eligible Products: Products and supplements must be in an unopened package to be eligible for return.

Return Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Non-Refundable Items: Liquid supplements are non-refundable. Additionally, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees: There is a restocking fee applied to returns. For most products, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the price of the return. However, air purifying products require a 15% restocking fee.

Exemptions and Evaluation: All returns are subject to exemptions and evaluation by management. We will assess the condition of the returned items to determine if they meet our return policy criteria.
